LLC Rigas Nami is a capital enterprise that is owned by the local government of the city of Riga.
The company’s main areas of operations are development, management and maintenance of properties, as well as organisation of cultural events at the Blackheads House, Cinema Splendid Palace and the Riga Congress Centre

Today the structure of LLC Rigas Nami is made up of five departments:

• The Administrative Department
• The Finance Department
• The Property Development and Construction Department
• The Property Maintenance Department
• The Event Centres Department

The work of LLC Rigas Nami is led by the company’s board.

The company governs and manages more than 80 real estate objects, and it also takes part in the implementation of the project which has to do with the development of the city.
